At Apparalel, we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. We offer an easy, clear, hassle-free return policy.
We offer full refunds for all regular-priced items within 7 days of delivery. Please use our returns portal to initiate all returns and exchanges. Any returns not processed through our portal will not be accepted. All returns must use the pre-paid return label sent with your return approval. All returns must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery. A $10 flat-rate fee will be deducted from your total refund for the cost of the label. Your first exchange and/or a return for store credit is completely free, with a return label provided at no extra cost.
Please allow 7-10 days for refunds to be issued from the date they are received. We do not refund original shipping costs.
All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery date to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
We will accept returns postmarked up to 14 days from the delivery date for store credit only. All items must be in the original packaging with tags attached, unworn, and in the same condition that they were received to be eligible for a return. Any items returned with any sign of wear, washed, with makeup residue, stains, perfume, rips, alterations, missing buttons, or any other damage will not be accepted. Any items marked FINAL SALE or purchased with store credit will not be accepted for a return.
Any returns or exchanges postmarked more than 14 days after delivery or otherwise not in compliance with our policy will be shipped back to the customer.
We offer one free exchange per order for eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Items cannot be exchanged more than once. After an order is exchanged, any subsequent returns incur a label fee of $20.00. Please use our returns portal to request an exchange. All items must be in compliance with the eligibility guidelines above. Once an exchange is requested, we hold the item for 7 days. Your exchange order will be shipped once the returned item is received and processed.
Please allow 7-10 days for exchanges to be processed from the date they are received. Tracking information will be emailed to you once the exchange order is shipped out.
Exchanges postmarked over 7 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for free shipping. Exchanges postmarked over 14 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
Returning an Exchanged Order
We charge a $20 label fee on all returned exchanges.
Sale items are eligible for a full refund and/or exchange as per our regular 7-day policy, unless the item is marked as "FINAL SALE". Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
FINAL SALE Items
Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.
Please inspect your order upon arrival to ensure that you received the product as ordered and has no defects. If you received an item that is defective or different than what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please do not initiate a return via the portal.
Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for any items received damaged if the issue is reported after 7 days from the date of delivery.
Items Bought From a Retail Location
Items purchased at our retailers must be returned to the store from which it was purchased, according to the retailer’s policy. We cannot offer any replacements or refunds for items purchased at a retail location.
Local Pickup Orders
All returns and exchanges for pickup orders can be processed on our returns portal. We do not offer return labels for pickup orders. You will receive detailed drop-off instructions with your return approval. If exchanging a pickup order, we suggest placing a new order, and then returning your original order once the new order is ready. Returns can be dropped off at the warehouse, under the table in the pickup area.
We gladly issue price adjustments within 7 days of the original order if the price changes and the item is still in stock. If the item is no longer in stock when the price adjustment is requested, we will not be able to issue a price adjustment.

We accept returns for international orders under the same eligibility guidelines. We do not provide labels for any international orders, and customers are responsible for shipping at their own cost. Please use our returns portal to initiate a return and the return address will be provided by email.
Please be aware that we do not take responsibility for any international package until it is received and processed by our team.
