Shipping Policy

All orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email when your order has shipped.

**Overnight orders must be placed before 11:00 AM EST to be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM EST will be shipped next day 

All orders ship with UPS, with the exception of orders shipping to P.O. Boxes. Orders placed with standard shipping will ship by UPS Ground, and orders placed with overnight shipping will ship by UPS Next Day Air. All orders shipping to P.O. boxes will ship by USPS Priority Mail.

All orders over $750 will be shipped with a signature requirement upon delivery.

Local Pickup

We offer free local pickup at our warehouse location in Chicago. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with pickup instructions. 

Please note that try-ons are not allowed at the warehouse.

Please pick up all orders within 7 days of the pickup ready email. Any orders that are not picked up after 7 days will be canceled and refunded. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, France, Israel, Panama, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and the United Kingdom.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Apparalel is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 2 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

All orders shipping to P.O. boxes will ship by USPS Priority Mail.

Shipping to Hotels

Due to an overwhelming number of lost and/or missing packages shipped to hotels in the past, we take no responsibility for any packages that are shipped to hotels once the package tracks as delivered. No reimbursements will be made under no circumstances.

Cancelling, Editing and/or Changing Addresses on Orders Prior to Shipping

Please review your shipping details carefully before finalizing your purchase to ensure a smooth delivery process. We are unable to make any items edits once an order is placed. If you entered the incorrect address, and/or need to cancel your order, please do so by following these steps:

1. Open your confirmation email.

2. Click on "View Order Status."

3. From the order status page, you can cancel your order and/or edit your shipping address.

4. If you do not see the option to cancel your order on this screen, this means that your order has already shipped and can no longer be cancelled.

Once your order has been shipped, please note that address changes cannot be accepted. In some cases, we may be able to arrange for the package to be returned to us and refunded. A $25 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the rerouting cost.

Refused Shipments and Packages Returned to Sender

A $20 fee will be deducted from the refund of any packages that were refused or returned to sender to cover the rerouting cost.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We will gladly issue a full refund or exchange for full-priced items returned within 7 days of receipt of your shipment, if the item is unused and in its original condition.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
