Return Policy

At Apparalel, we want you to love every purchase. That’s why we offer a simple, hassle-free return process.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Full Refund: We accept returns on regular-priced items within 7 days of delivery.

  • Return Portal Required: All returns and exchanges must be initiated through our returns portal. Returns not submitted through the portal will not be accepted.

  • Shipping: Once your return is approved, use the prepaid label provided. Items must be shipped within 7 days of delivery.

  • Return Fee: A $10 flat-rate fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping.

  • Free First Exchange or Store Credit: Your first exchange or return for store credit is free—no return shipping fee.

Refund Processing

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for refunds after we receive your return.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Eligibility Guidelines

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging, with tags attached.
  • Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  • Returns postmarked between 8–14 days are eligible for store credit only.

  • Returns postmarked after 14 days will be rejected and returned to the customer.

  • Items with signs of wear, makeup, stains, perfume, rips, alterations, or other damage will not be accepted.

  • Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges

  • One free exchange per order is allowed for eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

  • Additional returns after an exchange will incur a $20 return label fee.

  • Exchange requests must be submitted via our returns portal and comply with eligibility rules.

  • Once requested, your new item will be held for 7 days. It ships after your return is received and processed.

  • Allow 7–10 business days for processing after your return arrives.

  • Exchanges postmarked after 7 days from delivery are not eligible for free shipping.

  • Exchanges postmarked after 14 days will not be accepted.

Returning an Exchanged Order

  • Returned exchanges will incur a $20 return label fee.

Orders Placed via Facebook & Instagram

Due to platform limitations, prepaid return labels for these orders are only available upon request via email, with a prepaid $10 label fee.

For the best experience, we recommend placing orders directly on our website.

Sale Items

  • Sale items follow the standard 7-day return policy, unless marked FINAL SALE.

  • FINAL SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at customercare@apparalel.com within 7 days of delivery.
Do not use the returns portal for these cases.

We cannot guarantee resolution for issues reported after 7 days.

Items Purchased at a Retail Location

Items purchased through retail partners must be returned directly to the store, following that store’s return policy.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for retail location purchases.

Local Pickup Orders

  • Must be processed via the returns portal.

  • Return labels are not provided—you’ll receive drop-off instructions with your return approval.

  • Returns can be dropped off at our warehouse, under the table in the pickup area.

  • For exchanges, we recommend placing a new order first, then returning the original once your new item is ready.

Price Adjustments

We offer price adjustments if an item’s price drops within 7 days of your order date—only if the item is still in stock.
We cannot offer adjustments on out-of-stock items.

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are final sale, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Refunds for orders placed with gift cards will be returned to the original gift card.

  • Gift cards do not expire.

International Orders

  • Must follow the same eligibility guidelines as domestic returns.

  • Return labels are not provided—customers must arrange and pay for return shipping.

  • Use our returns portal to initiate your return; the return address will be emailed to you.

  • We are not responsible for international packages until they are received and processed at our facility.

  • Exchanges are not available for international orders.

  • Refunds will be issued for the merchandise cost only. Taxes and duties are non-refundable, as these are imposed by your local customs authorities and are outside of our control.
